In the heart of Mawson Lakes, Adelaide, a vision took root—a vision driven by the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to lead a fulfilling, independent life, regardless of the challenges they might face. This vision led to the birth of Durdens Support Services, a beacon of hope and support for those living with disabilities. Our story is not just about the services we provide; it’s a testament to the power of empathy, dedication, and the unwavering belief in the potential of every individual.
Overarching Theme No person should live a life defined by someone else. We listen and engage, we get out ofthe house, and we live our best life together.
Vision, Mission & Values Vision: We envision a world where every individual with a disability is empowered to live a life defined not by limitations, but by their dreams and abilities. Mission: We mix it up—no schedule is the same, no activity is the same, and no conversation is without meaning or feeling. It’s like you’re with a lifelong friend.
Values: We Get Outside: We don’t just do chores; we get out and enjoy life. The Impossible is Possible: Whatever the goal, we find a way to make it happen. Fun, Laughter & Happiness: We create a bright and joyful environment. Friendship & Family: We treat each other like best friends, just like family. Reliable: We do what we say we will do.
